A Russian commercial airliner has flown into Canadian airspace, despite measures imposed by Canada to prevent any Russian aircraft from entering its territory. "He will not hesitate to take appropriate action."
According to the Flight Aware flight tracking website, the plane was flying to Moscow on Sunday after taking off from the city of Miami in Florida, USA.
Canada, along with several Western countries, have closed airspace to Russia over its unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. The United States has said it is considering a similar move.
